The payment was successful but not received. Here are some possible reasons that may cause this situation
Possible reasons for successful payment but not received
Delayed arrival time:
The payment system needs time to process the transaction, and there may be delays.
Please wait patiently for a while, usually 2-3 days after the payment is successful
The handling fee is too low:
The handling fee given to the third-party payment platform is too low. Too low will cause a long time to the official platform. The specific arrival time is unknown, up to 2 months. It is recommended to give the third-party platform a higher handling fee
The payment address of the order creation does not match the regional chain transaction ID address
The payment information and the payment information need to be exactly the same, including the account name, account number, transaction address, etc.
If the transaction address does not match, please check whether your transaction ID is correct in time and whether you have paid the wrong platform.
Network problem
During the payment process, if the network connection is unstable or interrupted, the transaction information may not be successfully transmitted to the payment system. Please check whether your network connection is normal and try to pay or query the transaction status again.
